English Language Specialist (IGaming)

As part of our continuous investment in people and professional development, we are expanding our corporate education program and are looking for a L&D Specialist English courses to join our growing Learning & Development team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our employees’ professional growth by delivering engaging, effective, and relevant English training tailored to the dynamic world of iGaming.

• Conduct group and individual online lessons (6–7 sessions per day) for employees of different levels (A2–B2).
• Adapt and create learning materials and lesson plans based on learners’ professional needs and English proficiency.
• Evaluate progress, maintain attendance and performance records.
• Engage learners using modern digital tools and interactive teaching methods.
• Participate in the development and optimization of the corporate English program .
• Communicate with HR and department heads on learners’ progress and goals.
• Higher education in Linguistics, Pedagogy, English Philology , or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience , preferably with adults or in corporate environments.
• Excellent command of English — C1 or higher (confirmed by an international certificate).
• Excellent command of Ukrainian or Russian languages
• Valid teaching certification such as CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, TEFL , or IELTS (C1+) .
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple online groups effectively.
• Experience teaching Business English or English for IT / Marketing / iGaming professionals is a plus.
• Full-time remote position (Mon–Fri, 10 : 00–19 : 00 UTC+2).
