What will you do?
Handle inbound calls related to hotel reservations and customer inquiries
Complete bookings and assist with changes or special requests
Deliver exceptional customer service with a commercial mindset
Work with internal systems to manage customer cases efficiently
Candidate profile
Native Portuguese (Portugal) + Fluent Spanish with good English communication skills
Experience in customer service or sales is highly preferred
Professional, calm, and customer-friendly phone manner
Open to working shifts and weekends
Based in or willing to relocate to Málaga
Employer offers
9 months (extendable) with a 2-month trial period
Salary of €19.000 gross / year
39-hour work week with shifts between 08 : 00–23 : 00 (including weekends)
