Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Onboarding Program Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and effective onboarding experience for new and existing linguists within our program. You will play a key part in the initial setup, training, and ongoing support of our linguistic resources, contributing directly to their success and the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities Onboarding Setup : Manage the initial setup process for all new linguists, ensuring they have the necessary tools, access, and information to begin their work.
Custom Training Development : Design and create tailored training materials and programs based on the specific needs and requirements of the linguist program.
Q&As : Conduct comprehensive training sessions and Q&As for both new and existing linguistic resources.
Support : Provide dedicated support to reviewers throughout their onboarding journey and offer ongoing assistance with any questions or challenges they may encounter.
Quality Assurance & Feedback : Implement checks and collect feedback on the effectiveness of onboarding processes and linguist performance.
Query Resolution : Act as a primary point of contact for linguist and reviewer questions, providing timely and accurate answers.
Process Improvement : Proactively identify gaps and inefficiencies within current onboarding and operational processes.
Process Enhancement : Develop and implement improvements to existing workflows and procedures to optimize efficiency and linguist experience.
Tool Troubleshooting : Provide first-line support for troubleshooting issues related to various tools used by linguists and reviewers.
Requirements 2 years experience within localization in a similar role.
Proven experience in onboarding or training roles.
Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Experience in developing and delivering training content.
A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Familiarity with linguistic processes or the translation industry.
Proficiency in Google tools.
