What you will enjoy doing

• In this role you will use the scope defined by the TAR Program Manager as a base to manage a detailed Turn-Around plan, schedule, and budget, ensuring safety, quality, and cost-effectiveness at every step
• You ensure optimal resource allocation, including labor, materials, and equipment, by collaborating closely with the Turn-Around team for a seamless execution of the Turn-Around
• You also monitor current planning status daily, working with the Turn-Around team to address and correct any deviations
• Moreover, you work collaboratively with Reliability & Maintenance functions, the Maintenance department, and Operations teams to identify requirements for TAR / Project success
• You manage vendor relationships, including contracts, qualifications, quality of work, claims management, quotes, and delivery times
• As well you coordinate and / or support the execution of the Turn-Around on-site to ensure everything runs smoothly
• You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation processes, contributing to the company's evolution toward digital transformation

This role is a full time position based on an unlimited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08 : 00 hrs till 17 : 00 hrs.
