At NTT DATA, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our fast-growing team to work in our projects for the European Institutions within the Public Sector unit.

Job Purpose

As a Project Manager , you will lead cross-functional teams (e.g., business analysts, policy experts, operations, communications, and IT specialists) to deliver projects and programmes for European institutions and other public-sector clients . You will ensure initiatives are delivered on time , within scope and budget , and in line with agreed objectives and quality standards .

You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the overall management of the project , ensuring the quality of the delivery and the daily management of the client.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Managing project resources ( Lead the project team )
• Creating project plans & monitoring project plan execution
• Ensuring quality of the projects
• Delivering projects on time, in scope and in budget
• Managing design principles , business requirements gathering and alignment with the client and project scope
• Managing project risks, issues and dependencies
• Participating in business development activities , leading proposals preparation or contributing in specific elements.
