Sample Coordination Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized Showroom Assistant who can manage daily samples requests from various departments and ensure timely shipments. Additionally, you'll be responsible for :

Managing samples inventory provided by the Development team in Fashion GPS.

Tracking sample movements and ensuring accuracy.

Following up on samples requested for internal shootings and handling them efficiently.

Organizing and maintaining samples in excellent condition for shipping.

Key responsibilities include :

2 years of experience in sample flow coordination, preferably within the luxury industry.

Excellent command of English (French is beneficial but not essential).

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Fashion GPS proficiency.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills, working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Product and fashion sensibility, with a proactive and curious mindset.

Ability to travel regularly and adapt to unsociable hours.
