Casino Management Role
Lead and manage the Casino Department with a focus on core functions including casino operations, revenue targets, guest satisfaction, compliance, VIP relationships, and staff performance.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee daily casino operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
Achieve established revenue targets through strategic planning and execution.
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and implementing improvements.
Ensure compliance with all gaming rules and regulations.
Foster strong relationships with Casino VIPs to drive loyalty and revenue growth.
Direct the performance management of Casino Staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Requirements :
Two to five years of progressive managerial experience in a casino function in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise line.
Satisfactory completion of Gaming Board / Commission approved dealer school.
Strong financial management skills, including expense reduction and revenue growth.
Ability to manage headcount effectively to support business needs.
Excellent management skills in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
Superior communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service, teambuilding, and conflict resolution skills.
Intermediate computer software skills required.
Education :
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field from an accredited college or university or international equivalent preferred.
