What You'll Do

Become an expert user and reference person in Zynap platform usage.

Collaborate with Sales to deliver demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts.

Translate customer needs into robust Zynap workflows.

Script and automate workflows using Python and AI for customization and integrations.

Provide expertise in cybersecurity practices (Offensive, Threat Intel, SOC).

Deliver technical enablement, documentation, and training.

Act as the customer's voice to influence product improvements.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in cybersecurity (consulting, SOC, vendor or solutions engineering).

3+ years in customer-facing technical roles (Pre-Sales, Solutions Eng, or similar).

Strong knowledge in at least one area : Offensive Security, Threat Intelligence or SOC Operations.

Experience with automation / scripting (Python, APIs, SaaS integrations).

Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business value.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with SOAR, SIEM or workflow automation tools.

Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, GCIH, OSCP, etc.).

Experience in enterprise sales cycles or technical consulting.
