Key Responsibilities :
- Salesforce Administration : Ensure seamless operation of Salesforce by managing user profiles, permissions, and data, as well as troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
- Process Optimization : Collaborate with the Salesforce team to establish and refine processes that enhance Salesforce functionalities and improve overall efficiency.
- User Support and Documentation : Provide top-notch support to users, creating comprehensive documentation and offering one-on-one guidance to ensure smooth onboarding and utilization of Salesforce.
- Problem Resolution : Identify and resolve complex Salesforce-related problems, escalating issues when necessary to maintain optimal system performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
