QUALIFICATIONS :
Demonstratable experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
Familiarity with CRM tools management.
At least 4 years of related experience in the call center.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish. Desirable in Portuguese.
