IT Project & Demand Manager – Pharmaceutical / Biotech Sector (Madrid-based)
Location : Madrid (Hortaleza area)
Work model : Hybrid – 4 days on-site
Our client, a leading company in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology sector, is seeking a hands-on IT Project & Demand Manager to play a key role in governing IT demand and project delivery , connecting local business needs with the global IT organization.
The selected professional will lead ERP–SAP projects and oversee IT initiatives across Infrastructure, Communications, Security, Development, and Cloud , ensuring alignment, efficiency, and business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between business teams in Madrid and the global IT organization.
- Lead and coordinate ERP–SAP projects , ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
- Manage IT demand in a hands-on manner , from request intake to implementation and follow-up.
- Oversee initiatives across Infrastructure, Communications, Security, Development, and Cloud .
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose appropriate technology solutions.
- Coordinate internal and external teams, including SAP integrators.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards.
Profile Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 4 years’ experience in IT Project or Demand Management.Proven experience in ERP (preferably SAP) projects.Broad exposure to Infrastructure, Communications, Security, Development, and Cloud environments.Experience working in international environments , collaborating with multicultural teams across different countries .Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).Resident in Madrid , with availability to work on-site 4 days per week (Hortaleza area).Proactive, organized, and business-oriented professional with a hands-on approach .What’s Offered
