The challenge :

Develop and implement production projects related to injectable technology, ensuring comprehensive project management for main facilities at a global level. Drive innovative technical solutions to improve costs and ergonomics, and develop standards to guarantee product integrity and traceability.

Specific Responsibilities :

• Lead the improvement of hygienic design and support AM / PM standards for production equipment.
• Lead technological scouting and identification of strategic equipment suppliers.
• Manage capital projects over 5 MCHF.
• Manage equipment and civil works suppliers.
• Implement continuous improvement and Lean principles (SMED, AM / PM, hygienic design, ergonomics).
• Manage projects autonomously.
• Work in international and multidisciplinary environments.
• Manage teams remotely and in matrix organizations.
