Key Responsibilities :

Support project build activities and ongoing SAP operations

Handle incidents, changes, and release management

Gather requirements, manage stakeholders, and ensure smooth delivery

Participate in data migration, testing, training, and GoLive support

Provide on-call support during month-end closing
