Senior C&B Manager

Functions and responsibilities :

• Reporting to C&B Director of Logista, this role will be part of the Center of Excellence of C&B of the Group in charge of the following responsibilities among others;

Develop C&B strategies, policies and procedures ensure their successful implementation, providing counsel and support in several countries / projects to all Logista’s HR teams around Europe : Spain, Portugal, France, Italy and Poland.

Leads and manages compensation projects for the entire organization. The scope of the role covers the Coordinates C&B processes like the salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits introduction, job mapping review, etc.

International mobility process coordination.

Executive remuneration.

Internal equity and external competitiveness reports.

Manage effective communications and relationships with internal clients on a global level : HR Business Partners, Line Managers, Directors, and CHRO.

Closely cooperates and manages the relationship with external compensation consulting company.

Follow up Center of Excellence metrics and analytics.

Requirements :

At least 10 years of related experience

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.

English level C1

Master Degree in C&B will be valuable
