Responsible for driving branch business growth through effective sales, marketing, and relationship management strategies, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and bank policies in all account opening and documentation processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Business Generation and Sales Performance
- Plans, executes, and manages deposit build-up initiatives to grow the branch’s CASA portfolio and client base.
- Leads business generation programs to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and expand wallet share.
- Conducts market scanning and identifies potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Oversees and reviews sales calls, call reports, and account acquisition activities to ensure alignment with branch targets.
- Coaches and mentors Deposit Sales Associates (DSAs) to achieve individual and branch sales objectives.
B. Customer Experience and Relationship Management
Ensures the delivery of superior customer experience by maintaining high service standards across all customer touchpoints.Addresses client needs, inquiries, and concerns promptly, ensuring resolution within agreed turnaround times.Promotes customer retention and loyalty through personalized relationship management and proactive engagement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
