We’re excited to announce a new opening for a French-speaking Inside Sales Representative based in our beautiful Barcelona office!
In this role, you’ll be on the front line with prospects and customers, playing a key role in driving our growth across the region. We’re looking for someone with 2–5 years of relevant experience who is tenacious, outgoing, articulate, tech-savvy, and a fluent speaker of French. The ability to clearly explain technical solutions in simple terms is essential.
You will report to the Director of Inside Sales EMEA, who is known for being supportive, approachable, and focused on helping the team succeed. This is a hybrid role that requires three days per week in the office for collaboration and team connection. This role may require occasional travel, as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Qualify new opportunities and present Object First’s solutions, often in collaboration with our technology partners.
Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs and confidently address questions and objections.
Negotiate and close deals over the phone and via Teams.
Maintain and submit accurate weekly forecasts.
Manage and grow a pipeline 4–5 times your assigned quota.
Keep up a high level of daily activity : prospecting, customer / partner calls, meetings, and closing.
Collaborate with Channel partners to co-sell solutions.
Work closely with Field and Marketing teams to build your pipeline.
