In this role, you will primarily support day-to-day office management activities and work closely with, and report directly to, the Office Manager. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the vacation rental industry while contributing to the exciting growth of our company.Your JourneyWelcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, inform the appropriate staff of their arrival, and provide general information about the company and its services.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take accurate messages when necessary.Monitor the entrance to receive deliveries and assist delivery personnel.Communicate with utility providers such as water, electricity, and internet in case of service issues, and assist with new connections, cancellations, or name updates.Keep Excel databases updated, including purchase records, product inventories, and other relevant information.Support the operations team with administrative and logistical tasks as needed.What do you bring to your tripGood computer skills.Ability to multi-task and be organized.Self-starter, creative, thinking outside the box and willing to support expansion in a fast-growing environment.Passionate, proactive, hands on, dynamic and energetic.Flexible, resilient and adaptable to changes.Confident working in cross-functional teams.Comfortable in a start-up environment.Diversity and SustainabilityAt Olala!, we take pride in cultivating a vibrant and inclusive work environment that celebrates individuality and diversity.
