Monbusiness.eu, agence de performance marketing spécialisée en Google Ads, Meta Ads et e-commerce, recherche un Customer Success Manager, maitrise du Français natif, capable de gérer, développer et fidéliser un portefeuille client tout en pilotant les campagnes Google Ads .
Tu seras responsable de la performance, de la satisfaction et de la croissance de ton portefeuille.
Ce que l'on attend de toi :
- Gérer et développer ton portefeuille de clients actifs.
- Exécuter et optimiser les campagnes Google Ads
- Suivre les performances et formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
- Assurer une communication claire et proactive avec chaque client.
- Identifier les leviers d’amélioration et les opportunités de croissance.
