Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven German speaking Sales Development Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities across various industries such as Pharma, Food, Chemicals, FMCG, and Logistics.
Your primary goal will be to present relevant solutions to a list of warm leads through outbound calls, ensuring high-quality data entry in the CRM system. You will also be responsible for qualifying sales opportunities as part of marketing initiatives and promoting new products to a wide range of industries.
You will work closely with internal departments such as Sales and Marketing to achieve sales goals.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Telemarketing, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (B2B / B2C) and possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess :
A native level of fluency in German (C2) and fluent English (B2 / C1).
Previous experience in sales development or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
