Responsibilities
Turn complexity into clarity - Develop, edit, and manage technical documents, from engineering manuals to regulatory reports
Build a knowledge base - Create and maintain a structured repository of documentation for internal and external use
Collaborate with the best - Work alongside aerospace engineers, flight test teams, and compliance specialists to ensure accuracy and clarity
Refine and simplify - Translate technical jargon into user-friendly content while maintaining precision and compliance
Standardize excellence - Implement documentation best practices, templates, and frameworks to streamline communication across teams
Qualifications
Must-Haves
Experience in technical writing , preferably in aerospace, UAVs, or engineering
Ability to grasp highly technical concepts and translate them into structured, easy-to-understand documentation
Strong proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MadCap Flare, LaTeX, DITA, or similar)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple documents simultaneously
Fluency in English
Nice-to-Have
Background in engineering, aerospace, or physics
Experience working with regulatory and compliance documentation (ITAR, EASA, SORA, etc.)
Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or XML for structured documentation
