Operations of a Cisco ACI based Network Infrastructure for the VMWare-baed "OASIS" virtualization platform.

At the Telco Hub in Madrid , we are pioneers in merging IT and Telco, building and scaling Telco as a Platform (TaaP) on our proprietary layered cloud. Our teams operate in cross-country and cross-functional squads, delivering cutting-edge services to Europe's most valued Operator.

Activity description and concrete tasks :

• Acceptence Tests and support for field operations with start-up installation of Switches and Routers from Cisco and Juniper.
• 2nd-Level Incident Management : Handle and resolve incidents escalated from first-line support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Problem Management : Identify recurring issues and develop long-term solutions, collaborating with compute automation developers to enhance automation processes.
• Interface Collaboration : Work closely with first-line support, DT-ISP, FOPS (eg. for initial operation or RMA processes), and automation developers to ensure smooth operation and problem resolution.
