Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of strategic service projects globally from concept through post-launch.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across functions (Operations, Commercial, Finance, IT) to align project goals.
• Build and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clarity in direction, roles, and deliverables.
• Drive change management initiatives and lead stakeholder engagement across multiple regions.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs, risks, budgets, and timelines using best-in-class tools and frameworks.
• Own business case development, leveraging financial and operational data to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT teams to effectively prioritize and integrate ERP-related workstreams into project delivery.
