Service Delivery Manager

Our client is a leading global developer and supplier of process technologies, automation, and services for different industries. They are leaders in the pulp, paper, and energy industries, but with their automation systems and flow control solutions, they have presence in a lot more industries. Given the growth plan that they have for the upcoming years, we're looking for a dynamic service delivery professional to lead the after-sales services for one of their key markets.

The role involves collaborating closely with sales and services teams to propose value-added services and tailored solutions for existing customers, developing and recommending plans to enhance service performance, overseeing and establishing the operational framework, providing guidance aligned with the service strategy, and managing budgets and policy recommendations and implementation.

We are looking for a service delivery professional with a degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in after-sales management or service operations within industrial sectors. The candidate must have experience in developing service plans, managing budgets, overseeing service teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

The ideal candidate will be able to promote and enforce company policies, lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of service employees to ensure adherence to agreed service standards, maintain an up-to-date installed base for the country, and conduct proper follow-up with customers to support service and maintenance development.
