Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on the overall operations of the production company, maintaining a holistic vision to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Optimize and automate processes : seek new ways of working that simplify workflows, increase efficiency, or contribute to business growth.
• Maintain and update internal documentation : prepare guides and manuals to help teams perform their tasks and resolve potential issues.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the agency by identifying solutions and resolving operational queries.
• Coordinate and manage Hogarth’s office in Bolivia, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Oversee agency operations, ensuring all departments function effectively.
• Act as the local point of contact for logistical, operational, and general coordination matters.
• Monitor, control, analyze, and report on client profitability, working closely with department heads and the finance team.
• Review, manage, and develop pricing models and fee structures.
• Develop commercial and service proposals for our partners (local and international agencies) and new clients.
• Analyze client needs and define proposals, operational models, team structures, methodologies, and pricing strategies, including direct liaison with clients and procurement teams.
• Assist in creating and updating credentials presentations and service offering decks to showcase our capabilities and expand our commercial reach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international agencies and partners.
• Serve as the local liaison with HR and IT for onboarding / offboarding and team support.
• Ensure optimal functioning of facilities and technical resources.
• Coordinate with facilities and IT teams to maintain and scale the workspace.
• Train teams on new processes, tools, and internal policies.
