The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving the adoption of our SaaS platform. You’ll collaborate with our leadership, product, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver measurable impact to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in key markets
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Present and demonstrate the value of our platform to decision-makers
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure client success and retention
- Represent the company at industry events, pitches, and networking opportunities
About You
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within a fast-growing startup or SaaS / Fintech environmentStrong understanding of enterprise software, digital transformation, or operational efficiency solutionsEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environmentExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, data-driven, and passionate about technology and innovationWhat We Offer
