Influencer Operations Specialist – Marketing
Investing.com is seeking an Influencer Operations Specialist in Madrid (hybrid).
Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is growing its influencer marketing team. Your role will be to facilitate the operational and administrative aspects of our global influencer program. This position reports to the Influencer Program Lead and ensures that influencer-related processes run smoothly — from contract preparation and invoice approval to content coordination and merchandising logistics.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional looking to grow within a fast-paced, international marketing environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Contract Management — Prepare and send influencer contracts across multiple regions using standardized templates and internal tools (DocuSign); ensure documentation, signature tracking, and version control; collaborate with local site managers or legal when needed to support contract compliance.
- Invoice Review & Payment Coordination — Review auto-generated invoices in Everflow, verify payout accuracy, and approve them for accounting; follow up with Accounting on pending or incorrect invoices; act as liaison between Finance and local site managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Agency Invoice Support — Send invoices to external US-based influencers or media agencies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Merchandising & Logistics Support — Manage coordination, packaging, and shipping of branded merchandise to influencers worldwide; collaborate with vendors to provide gifts and bonuses; grant free access to InvestingPro for influencers.
- Cross-Team Collaboration — Serve as a point of contact for Global Operations (GLOPS) on small influencer-related initiatives; support additional tasks tied to global campaigns, influencer activation, or local market needs.
- Other operational tasks — Serve as the main contact with the Everflow team.

What You’ll Bring
