Global Partner Marketing & Operations Manager

360Learning is looking for a Partner Marketing & Operations Manager to architect and scale the next generation of our global partner ecosystem. This highly strategic role sits at the intersection of marketing, alliances, operations, and growth. You will build and own the engine behind one of the fastest‑growing partner programs in SaaS.

Your mission

Turn our partner program into a world‑class growth platform. Design and orchestrate how we communicate, operate, and scale partnerships internally and externally. Structure clear enablement for internal teams while building marketing motions and engagement strategies that elevate partners externally. Harness AI agents, automation, and data to improve partner intelligence, streamline collaboration, and amplify impact across the business.

Reporting

Reporting directly to the Director of EMEA Alliances, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance, you’ll drive the structure, marketing, and shine of our partner program. Scale a digital‑first approach for Tier 3 partners globally and own sourcing and influence growth metrics.

Within 1 month, you will

  • Immerse yourself in our partner ecosystem, GTM strategy, current partner motions, and growth opportunities
  • Audit existing processes, documentation, and partner communications to identify quick wins and strategic priorities
  • Get hands‑on with our tech stack (Salesforce, Atlassian tools, Looker, Dust) and explore AI and automation to elevate partner engagement and enablement
  • Build relationships across Sales, CS, Product, Marketing, and Finance to align on partnership impact
  • Get familiar with our Convexity culture

Within 3 months, you will

  • Redesign our internal partner enablement hub (documentation, playbooks, GTM materials, and co‑marketing resources) into a strategic asset for revenue teams
  • Define partner program rules of engagement, tiering, and system integrator collaboration models that make partnering intuitive and high‑impact
  • Operationalize value by streamlining partnership referral fee processes for revenue impact tracking and optimization
  • Deploy AI‑powered tools and workflows for real‑time partner insights and automated internal communications
  • Launch an improved partner newsletter and communication cadence backed by clear engagement metrics and feedback loops
  • Within 6 months, you will

  • Automate key workflows from onboarding to content distribution to marketplace updates, improving efficiency and visibility
  • Launch targeted, data‑driven marketing campaigns that deepen partner collaboration and generate measurable pipeline influence
  • Build a comprehensive partner intelligence layer that helps internal teams act faster, sell smarter, and deliver greater value
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to design joint initiatives that expand partner‑sourced pipeline and accelerate customer adoption
  • Demonstrate measurable lift in partner engagement and direct impact on sourcing
  • Scale a digital‑first approach to improve Tier 3 partnership scale and impact
  • Within 12 months, you will

  • Be recognized as a key partner to the Alliances team for partner enablement and marketing strategy
  • Lead small‑scale partner campaigns end‑to‑end with minimal supervision
  • Contribute to the partner marketing roadmap definition and cross‑functional strategy influence
  • Own or influence partner operations function (processes, enablement, tooling)
  • Continuously learn from current marketing and ops processes and information
  • The Skill Set

  • 2‑3 years of partner marketing, marketing operations, or a related function (SaaS, consulting, or tech ecosystems preferred)
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with a structured mindset around process, analysis, documentation, and operations
  • Hands‑on familiarity or strong willingness to learn Salesforce and the Atlassian suite, and demonstrated understanding of AI agent tools for efficiency
  • Comfortable working with external partners and cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing
  • Self‑starter, equally comfortable in operations / process enablement and creative partner marketing execution
  • Fluency in English and French; German is a plus
