Manager - Product Manager

Farmasi is a global direct-selling leader in beauty and personal care, with over 70 years of experience and presence in more than 40 countries. The company offers a portfolio of over 1,000 innovative products across cosmetics, personal care, wellness, and home essentials, developed under high standards of quality, safety, and science, certified by international certifications. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to manage the nutricosmetics category. This professional will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept development to market launch and follow-up. The role requires close collaboration with the product team based in Turkey to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy and to lead innovative projects within the nutricosmetics category.

Responsibilities

• Reports to : Global Marketing Team based in Madrid.
• Competitive analysis - claims, launches, ingredients, packaging, etc.
• Product Lifecycle Management - Define and oversee the complete product development process, from creating innovative product concepts to market launch. Monitor market performance with a focus on nutricosmetics and general consumer wellness trends.
• Product Development Coordination - Review and approve formulas in close collaboration with the product and R&D teams in Turkey.
• Packaging - Design of packaging and labels with the global creative team.
• Suppliers - In case of outsourcing development and production processes.
• Product Launch and Follow-up - Continuously monitor the product\'s performance in the market, analyzing sales results and adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Coordinate with branding to ensure image consistency.
