Overview
Digitize the German midmarket with us as a People Data Analyst . Work with us – a leading provider in Cloud, SAP, Microsoft, and software development – to shape future-proof IT solutions for our corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Creating, analysing and presenting HR key figures (e.g. personnel expenses, absences, fluctuation) to support management
- Taking on HR reporting tasks (e.g. payroll accounting, working time management)
- Use and maintenance of tools such as rexx, Atoss, ADP and Power BI to record, analyse and visualise relevant HR data
- Support in the implementation and optimisation of HR processes
- Collaboration on HR controlling or people analytics projects
