Country Manager, Iberia

Position Overview

You will lead and grow our Spanish and Portuguese business. This senior leadership role carries full P&L responsibility and is central to ZURU’s ambition of scaling our presence across Southern Europe. You will work hand-in-hand with top retailers, oversee commercial execution, and ensure the Iberian business is tightly connected to ZURU’s wider European strategy.

Lead ZURU’s Iberian business with responsibility for sales, commercial planning, and P&L delivery.

Deepen retailer partnerships and build strong joint business plans with leading players in Spain and Portugal.

Expand market presence by unlocking new listings, channels, and opportunities for our growing portfolio.

Translate global brand plans into local wins, ensuring execution is best-in-class both online and in-store.

Act as ZURU’s senior representative in-market, ideally Madrid-based, embedded with your team and close to retail partners.
