About Our Client
Leading international healthcare company.
Job Description
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth in the Iberian market.
Oversee and manage all operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for business development.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Prepare and present reports on market performance and operational outcomes.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences in the Iberian region. Full P&L ownership for Iberia (Sales Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Operational Profit)
Monitor performance against strategic objectives (top & bottom line)
Develop and implement Sales & Marketing strategies based on market analysis
Define pricing strategy and oversee contract management
Lead initiatives to strengthen market positioning in Iberia
Manage key accounts and support business development with existing clients
Coach and lead the Iberian commercial team
Collaborate with European headquarters and cross-functional teams
Work primarily from the Madrid office, with regular field visits
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as a commercial leader with full P&L responsibility
Minimum 5 years in sales and people management within a healthcare or related setting
Strong leadership and team development skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Deep understanding of the Iberian healthcare market
Experience in Hospital Products
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus
Must be based in the Madrid region
