About The Role

ALS is seeking a talented and driven Workday Senior Analyst to join our HRIS team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the technical configuration, testing, and operational excellence of our Workday system. Your hands-on technical skills will be essential in implementing and optimizing our HR technology ecosystem while supporting various initiatives that advance our mission to solve complex challenges for a safer, healthier world.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday configuration and implementation, working closely with HR, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions
• Design, test, and deploy Workday modules, integrations, and custom reports to support core business processes
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, business processes, and technical integrations
• Support HR teams with day-to-day system troubleshooting and enhancement requests
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of new features and workflows
• Manage system security, role-based permissions, and compliance requirements
• Stay current with Workday updates and best practices to continuously improve system capabilities
