Job Description :

Wood is currently recruiting for a Senior Legal Council with extensive experience in the Oil, Gas and Petrochemical industry.

The selected candidate will be joining a company in the oil & gas, petrochemical, and energy sector. The position is based in the Madrid office and follows a hybrid work model, combining both on-site and remote work.

Responsibilities :

context of the relevant business unit / service bundle(s) to enhance business performance and

results

of the team in the delivery of legal counsel as appropriate

compliance in the relevant geographic regions, including project management of external legal

service provider engagement and related budgets

effective communication of same

leads disputes to resolution, including instruction and supervision of outside counsel

risk mitigation strategies

managing legal risk and compliance

required

with a focus on continuous improvement.

overall development and progression of the team

Qualifications :

commercial, dispute resolution, investigations, real estate, compliance and IP.
