Job description - Theme Parks Manager
Are you a seasoned leader in the theme park industry with a passion for building strategic partnerships and driving global growth? We’re looking for a Theme Parks Manager to lead our global strategy, supplier relationships, and product sourcing across top-tier theme park destinations worldwide.
This is a leadership role that requires deep industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across a global matrix organization.
As the Theme Parks Manager, you will
- Lead the global strategy for our Theme Parks vertical, defining acquisition and integration plans to expand our footprint and maximize commercial performance.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with leading theme park operators, negotiating competitive deals and fostering long-term, win-win relationships.
- Drive team performance, setting clear priorities, removing bottlenecks, and ensuring alignment across internal teams and external partners.
- Act as the senior point of contact for all theme park-related matters, providing expert guidance and escalation support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with global theme park stakeholders, ensuring competitive positioning and strategic alignment.Serve as the senior subject matter expert for theme park partnerships, guiding decision-making and innovation.Set, drive the negotiations and monitor contracting targets, ensuring accountability and progress across the team.Define and communicate the strategic vision for the Theme Parks vertical across the business internally.Lead a high-performing team to achieve commercial targets including sales, margin, marketing contributions, and alternative revenue streams.Oversee day-to-day operations, continuously improving team efficiency and resolving operational challenges.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience working with top global theme park brands.Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder management in international, matrixed organizations.Strong track record in managing global supplier relationships and complex negotiations with strong commercial acumen and data-driven attitude.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.Experience in developing and executing annual strategic plans at a product or vertical level.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive alignment across diverse geographies and cultures.#J-18808-Ljbffr
