Overview Job Role : Legal Advisor

We are seeking a seasoned attorney with experience in the North American market to join our organization as Legal Advisor.

The ideal candidate will support the legal department and various business units, providing guidance on legal matters, litigation, corporate transactions, contract review, and risk assessment.

Key Responsibilities General litigation and claims management

Collection / bankruptcy claims

Employment consultations

Corporate transactions

Providing general legal guidance and support to all business units

Contract review and negotiation

Backup for real estate transactions : leases; acquisitions and sales

Backup Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Legal Assistance

Requirements 10 years of experience as a lawyer in the United States, licensed to practice law in the United States

Law Certification / License to practice in USA

Bachelor\'s degree, BAR exam (desirable)

Required Skills Effective communication (oral & written)

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a positive team member
