Overview
Sales Development Representative (Italian) at Genesy AI, a Barcelona-based startup focused on AI-driven lead generation for B2B sales. The role involves engaging Italian-based prospects, qualifying opportunities, and collaborating with Marketing to tailor messaging for the Italian market.
What You'll Do
- Identify and engage high-potential Italian B2B prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels
- Qualify leads by uncovering needs, budget, and decision-making process, then hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives
- Act as a subject-matter expert on Genesy AI's platform, demonstrating its value in optimizing Italian companies\' prospecting workflows
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine messaging, sequences, and campaigns tailored to the Italian market
- Track and report key metrics (e.g., outreach volume, response rates, SQL conversion) to continuously improve outreach effectiveness
- Gather market intelligence (competitor activities, vertical-specific challenges) and feed insights back into product and go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
Must-have : Language skills : Advanced level of English and native Italian1 year of proven B2B SDR or outbound sales experience, ideally within SaaS or technologyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable owning video calls and cold callsSolid understanding of B2B prospecting best practices (ICP definition, sequence building, objection handling)Data-driven mindset : familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and key metrics (SQLs, DemoGen, conversion rates)Self-starter attitude with a strong sense of ownership and resilience in navigating a growing startup environmentBarcelona-based or open to relocating to our vibrant city.
