Responsibilities

• Definition of a flexible and future-oriented IT architecture for the cloud platforms used @Vorwerk based on the given business requirements and the overall target architecture with focus on MS Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Know-How in AWS and MS365 would be beneficial.
• Proactive improvement of the IT architecture landscape according to defined specifications.
• Evaluation of new incoming requirements according to specifications, proposal of a high-level solution and a first rough estimate of costs and resources for implementing the requirement.
• Technical management of external partners during the solution design phase and coordination of external IT architects.
• Management, analysis and design tasks in connection with the development of solution architectures.
• Responsible for the validation of technical solutions delivered by service providers for handover to operations.
• Interaction at project level in a multicultural and multi-site environment with all management levels.
• Regular participation in the Enterprise Architecture Chapter.
