Lead Insurance Specialist

A leading global insurance group is seeking a Lead Insurance Specialist to support its transactional risk offering. With an international platform, strong carrier relationships, and an ambitious growth strategy, the business is well-positioned to deliver continued growth across Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, structuring, and underwriting policies across a wide range of cross-border transactions. Working closely with brokers, advisors, and deal teams, this role will place you at the heart of high-value international M&A activity.

Candidates will be experienced underwriters with interest in taking on more strategic responsibility. Compensation includes salary, bonus, and equity components.

Key Responsibilities
