Our portfolio services include engagements such operating models design, global transformation programs management, process reengineering and digitalization, enterprise performance management models definition… You will work closely with our clients from the envisioning and conceptualization of target models and solutions to their actual implementation, getting exposure to the end-to-end project cycle and contributing to their effective business transformation through different levers : processes, organization, technology, governance and management models…Your roleAs Consultant, you will…- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis following the methodologies, extract, suggest and conclusions to the rest of the team.- Elaborate the project deliverables according to quality standards and established schedules, under the supervision of senior associates.- Collaborate on conducting workshops, interviews and other client interactions .- Provide support and guidance to less experienced consultants in the analysis and generation of deliverables.- Collaborate in the development of new offerings, proposals and commercial approaches.Your background- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent. MBA or MSc in Management or Finance are a plus.- At least 2 years of experience in management consulting (strategy & operations). Client-side experience in strategy, organization, project management and finance functions are valuable.- Knowledge of market leading IT solutions (SAP, Anaplan, Workiva, Servicenow…) and cutting-edge technologies (Generative AI / ML, IPA / RPA, iBPM, Process Mining…) are highly desirable.- Fluent in English and Spanish, with international exposure. Other languages are a plus.What we expect- Sound knowledge of finance and back-office business processes (order to cash, procure to pay, record to report,…).- Deep understanding of finance concepts and business performance metrics, and their impact in the Financial Statements.- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills. Able to effectively communicate complex ideas and issues to different interlocutors.- A quality-driven professional, with accuracy and attention to detail.- Client and results orientation .- A proactive, autonomous and committed contributor.- A team player.
