Role Description
This is a remote role for a Growth Marketing Manager. The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns, managing multiple projects, and implementing marketing automation tools and techniques for efficient workflow. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with broader business objectives will also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Growth Marketing and Marketing Analytics.
- Skills and experience in Project Management, including managing timelines and coordinating team efforts.
- Strong knowledge of Web Analytics for tracking user behavior and measuring campaign performance.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and tools to streamline campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to liaise effectively across teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in a remote working environment or managing distributed teams is a plus.
