We’re looking for Growth Partners (Advisors) : independent thinkers who help founders grow smarter, faster, and stronger.
What you’ll do
Act as a strategic sparring partner to founders and our holding team. Your job : bring clarity, simplify complexity, and create momentum.
You will :
Move ventures closer to profitability and independence
Spot opportunities for growth, efficiency, and monetization
Keep culture and customer experience aligned with YOUNG’s DNA
Act fast , deliver outcomes (not reports)
Share concise monthly updates with our Founder & CEO (wins, risks, next steps)
Engagement : part-time, high-impact.
Work with 1–4 ventures , a few hours per week.
