As an Inside Sales Representative on our team, you will : Lead structured follow-up and support calls with prospective customers after they’ve expressed interest in a productRepresent a premium automotive brand with professionalism, courtesy, and attention to customer satisfactionReinforce brand value while identifying customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferencesCollect key insights and summarize interactions in a clear, structured format to support retailer sales teamsMaintain consistency and relationship continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospectsEnsure all customer interactions align with the quality standards and premium positioning of the brand.
