Inside Sales Representative (m / f / d) for our Barcelona or Valencia office .

Key Responsibilities :

As our Inside Sales you will play a pivotal role in managing and maintaining the sales and administrative aspects of our business. Your day-to-day tasks will include :

• Ensuring our systems are up-to-date and maintaining constant contact with external sales for optimal commercial client management.
• Overseeing the registration process and ensuring compliance with KPIs.
• Coordinating cost requests and quotations with other agencies, alongside direct client quotations.
• Maintaining our database to ensure accuracy in customer contact information for tariff dissemination.
• Embarking on market prospecting to identify and initiate contact with potential new clients, setting the stage for future collaborations.
