Project Director for Offshore Wind Initiatives

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the execution of large-scale offshore wind projects. As Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing on-site construction activities according to established contractual frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead on-site construction activities according to FIDIC contractual frameworks.
• Coordinate execution works on offshore platforms, substations, marine structures, and HVDC / AC cable installations.
• Supervise main contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Monitor physical progress on-site, manage deviations, and lead technical closure.
• Guarantee technical execution in line with international regulations.
• Collaborate closely with commissioning and start-up teams.
• Provide regular updates to project management through executive reporting and follow-up meetings.
• Proactively resolve technical and contractual issues, maintaining operational continuity.
