About The Role

We are seeking a Packaging Procurement Manager to join our high-energy team within the Procurement function at Diversey . In this critical position, you will report to the Director of Packaging Procurement and lead strategic sourcing initiatives across diverse packaging categories and business units throughout Europe.

This role is ideally based in Spain, Portugal or Poland and is a key contributor to the European procurement organization.

This is a highly impactful position that balances challenge and opportunity. Key Responsibilities

Lead procurement activities across a wide range of packaging categories such as IBC totes, drums, flexible packaging, corrugate, bottles, and labels.

Develop and maintain sustainable cost models to drive cost transparency and strategic insights.

Analyze supplier proposals, develop award scenarios, and optimize for Total Cost of Ownership.

Monitor contract compliance in pricing, terms, volume, and rebate structures.

Solve supply issues through proactive problem solving — both immediate and long-term.

Build and manage relationships with a wide network of suppliers.

Collaborate with cross-functional European teams to align supply strategies with business and sustainability goals.

Contribute to the creation of innovative, cost-effective procurement strategies in a complex and evolving industry landscape.

Support implementation and continuous improvement of processes, tools, and practices in procurement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.

2–4 years of procurement experience with a focus on packaging — hands-on experience is essential.

Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel and / or data tools.

Solid mathematical and reasoning skills for bid analysis and TCO modeling.

Experience with SAP (preferred).

Comfortable working in a high-pressure, high-change environment.

Professional proficiency in English is essential
