Senior Director Engineering & R&D

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Engineering & R&D Leader to drive innovation and excellence in a global industrial environment. This is a strategic role leading a multidisciplinary team of +30 engineers (mechanical, electrical, software) and shaping the launch of a next-generation industrial machinery platform with international impact.

What we are seeking :

A visionary yet hands-on leader, capable of motivating teams, ensuring technical excellence, and bridging local engineering with global headquarters. A professional with strong communication skills, stakeholder management in multicultural settings, and the ability to influence and deliver results in a complex, international environment.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to take part in the design and global rollout of cutting-edge industrial machinery, based in Maresme area (Barcelona) area.

Key Highlights :

• Proven track record in leading large technical teams in design & production of industrial machinery.
• Strong experience in international, matrix-driven organizations , ensuring cross-border alignment and collaboration.
• Solid background in end-to-end R&D project management , from concept through design, engineering, and global launch.
