The Sales merchandiser will be responsible for WSLG & Wbelts categories :
- Daily / Weekly sales analysis to implement actions to sustain & optimize sales. (In depth AdHoc analysis to better understand the business and finding opportunities (business reviews, COMEX, ongoing reporting...)
- Direct contact with merchandiser in local markets to better understand local performance / needs / upcoming events etc + assist them in daily requests
- Strong collaboration with Demand Planning / Distribution for deliveries & stock monitoring (both on permanent & newness offer) + ad hoc subjects (delivery priorities, cancellations...)
- Contribute in increasing sales plan accuracy in collaboration with sales planning team
- Collaboration with Collection Merchandising to discuss market needs, sales performance...
- Elaborate End of season sales strategy (stock analysis & visual proposal)
- Work with CRM for better understanding of client profile
- Communicate with training on key information and possible actions for launches
