We are seeking a Finance Manager to establish and lead the company’s financial operations, build reporting systems, and drive business processes that will support Rob Surgical’s growth and industrialization phase.
We are looking to hire two professionals to join our Technical Service Department :
- 1 Technical Service Manager
- 1 Technical Service Specialist
Both roles will actively participate in the mechanical / electromechanical maintenance of our devices and the installation of our robots at customer facilities and at Rob Surgical.
The Manager will additionally be responsible for the organization, planning, and supervision of the team to ensure efficiency and compliance with quality standards.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES - COMMON TO BOTH ROLES
Perform mechanical / electromechanical maintenance on devices.Install robots at customer facilities and at Rob Surgical.Follow Quality Management System procedures related to maintenance activities (assembly instructions, in-process controls, final inspections, etc.).Keep updated the identification, inspection, and test status of devices in the maintenance line.Complete maintenance-related documentation with the required data and evidence.Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace and at customer sites, following their safety rules and procedures.Comply with all Quality Management System requirements .ADDITIONAL RESPONSABILITIES FOR THE TECHNICAL SERCIVE MANAGER
Organize the Technical Service Department according to RSS strategy.Plan and coordinate daily team activities.Supervise and support the technical team in maintenance tasks.Ensure proper execution of processes and compliance with quality standards.REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNICAL SERVICE MANAGER
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar (Bachelor’s level or equivalent).5–7 years of experience in mechanical and / or electrical / electronic maintenance or in production / assembly lines of complex devices.Proven experience in team leadership.Skills :
Strong leadership and team organization skills.Goal-oriented mindset.Teamwork and communication skills.Detail-oriented and proactive.Ability to create and follow assembly instructions.Ability to create and interpret manuals and technical drawings.SolidWorks knowledge (required or highly valued).High level of autonomy, including managing travel to customer sites.English C1 (advanced).REQUIREMENTS FOR TECHNICAL SERVICE SPECIALIST
Vocational training in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or similar (Intermediate or Higher Level).3–4 years of experience in mechanical / electrical / electronic maintenance or in assembly lines of complex devices.Skills :
Teamwork and collaboration.Detail-oriented and proactive.Ability to follow assembly instructions.Ability to interpret manuals and technical drawings.SolidWorks knowledge (preferred but not required).Autonomy in daily activities, including customer travel.English B1–B2 (must interact with customers).WHAT WE OFFER
