Your role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and dynamic Office Manager Intern to join our team. In this role, you will primarily support day-to-day office management activities and work closely with, and report directly to, the Office Manager. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the vacation rental industry while contributing to the exciting growth of our company.

Your Journey

Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner, inform the appropriate staff of their arrival, and provide general information about the company and its services.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, and take accurate messages when necessary.

Monitor the entrance to receive deliveries and assist delivery personnel.

Communicate with utility providers such as water, electricity, and internet in case of service issues, and assist with new connections, cancellations, or name updates.

Keep Excel databases updated, including purchase records, product inventories, and other relevant information.

Support the operations team with administrative and logistical tasks as needed.
