- Assist customers via phone and email, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Requirements :
- Student or recent graduate in a related field (Communication, Business, Marketing).
- Fluency in French; proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer tools and software.
